Doc Harmony's Return Policy

RETAILERS- Please contact as our policy has changed due to the COVID-19

Consumers: We offer refunds and returns with a receipt within 30 days from date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To ensure your return/refund is processed in the quickest most efficient way possible, please follow the following steps:

  2. Establish what kind of return you want to make:
    1. Full refund on the product: most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of order. See item #5 for rules regarding shipping.
    2. Incorrect (or defective) items due to our error: we will pay the return shipping cost.
    3. Partial refund on used product: if you are not satisfied with your products after partial use, a partial refund will be administered at the discretion of the Owner.
  3. Please provide us with the following information:
    1. Date of order and/or order number
    2. Reason for return
    3. A copy of your receipt 
  4. Refunds
    1. Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be issued back to the credit card/PayPal account used to place the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in certain cases. See item #2.
  5. Shipping product for returns
    1. We reserve the right to request you be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    3. We will ship the new product within 14 days of approved exchange.

    4. OPTIONAL: Purchaser is encouraged to use a traceable method for shipping, such as UPS or FedEx.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
