Returns
Most purchases may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are a retailer or wholesale customer, please see the Retail & Wholesale Returns section below.

To process your return request, please provide:
- Order number
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:
- They change their mind about a purchase
- They ordered the wrong item
H.E.A.L. will cover return shipping costs when:
- A product arrives damaged
- A product is defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 7 business days.
After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges may be refunded when:
- A product arrives damaged
- A product is defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
For all other approved returns, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Photos are required for all damage-related claims to help us evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
Retail & Wholesale Returns
Retailers and wholesale customers are covered under this policy with the following exceptions:
- Retail and wholesale returns are accepted within 90 days.
- Unsold products may be returned within the approved return period.
- Private-label products are not eligible for return.
