After Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court Harmony and her team have filed a Citizen Petition. We are requesting the FDA to agree that: 

-Ear Candles are not medical devices

-The proposed raw material guidelines are sufficient for consumer safety

-Our marketing guidelines as proposed are acceptable

This is why we need your support!
We need all ear candle fans to submit their comments to the FDA.
Interested persons may submit comments on the ear candling citizen petition, which comments become part of the docket file. The comments must specify the docket number of the petition and may support or oppose the petition in whole or in part.
