Nutmeg Essential Oil: The essential oil of this plant is obtained from the seed of the nutmeg tree fruit. When the fruit is dried, produces nutmeg (the seed) and mace (the covering). During the Elizabethan age, it was believed to be effective against the plague. This oil is commonly used to reduce pain, relieve menstrual cramps, treat indigestion, and eliminate bad breath.

Cinnamon Essential Oil: The essential oil of this plant is extracted by steam distillation from its bark. It can cause irritations and allergic reactions, so people prefer to use the spice directly versus the oil. It is known to be antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, astringent and anti-clotting properties. It is customarily used as a brain tonic, improve circulation, relieve pain, control blood sugar levels, and helps speed up healing.

Clove Essential Oil: The essential Oil of this plant is derived from the stem and leaves of the tree. Historically clove has been used as an antimicrobial, as well as digestive issues, and as an aide for respiratory condition such as asthma and coughs.
