Why I Should Dry Brush With Magnesium Oil- I Learned From Dr. Gaultier
| June 07, 2021By now, we have all probably heard about Magnesium and its’ wonderful benefits, like:
- Improves Brain Function
- Helps Maintain a Healthy Heart
- Helps Ease Muscle Pain
- Helps Your Immune System Stay Powerful and Healthy
- Helps Your Bones Stay Strong
- Helps Maintain Blood Sugar Levels
But what about dry brushing? What is it and why should you be doing this daily?
I love dry brushing. This is such a simple and feel good lifestyle change to implement. It is enjoyable and easy to implement into your morning routine. Historically, I have done this on here and there but I learned from Dr. Gaultier that I should be doing this every day with magnesium.
But first a bit of details. When dry brushing it is important to use a high-quality dry brush with bristles made from natural materials. When brushing always brush towards your heart as this is best for circulation. I start at my feet and brush up my legs, in long smooth strokes toward the heart as I want to stimulate my lymphatic system. Next, I lovingly do my hands and arms going upwards toward my heart. But my favorite part is dry brushing my tummy! I just love the sensation and how good it feels. I dry brush my stomach in a circular motion. Next, is my back, and that is just the icing on the cake. I love getting rid of all those ‘itches’ from a good nights’ rest. And I a make sure to get my neck, too!
Be careful with yourself while dry brushing. Your skin should be a nice gentle pink afterwards. There should be no redness. Experiment gently to find the right pressure for yourself.
So now that you have stimulated the lymphatic system get ready to nourish your skin, cells and body with magnesium oil. I just love our OSI Magnesium Oil spray. It has no scent and it does not sting my skin. It glides on and now that the largest organ in our body is stimulated and open, it just soaks up the third most important mineral for your body!
Magnesium helps improve your skin’s overall appearance, helps with acne and wrinkles and I love how soft and silky it makes my skin (and so does my husband!) But Dr. Gaultier really educated me.
"Magnesium is one of the most deficient minerals where 95% of humans are nearly without this very important mineral which is connected to so many bodily functions. The most amazing thing about magnesium is that it now comes in oil, called magnesium chloride oil. You simply apply this to your skin over your whole body and just rub it in and leave it for at least 20 minutes. This simply bypasses the gut where most vitamins do fully survive such acidic environments. We at Cancer Healing Retreats normally apply this before the coffee enema and also apply the 'dry brush massage' to the skin prior to the magnesium application. It's very important to dry brush the dead cells off the skin in order to open up the lungs to help assist the kidneys and liver".
Regrettably, 80% of the population is deficient in magnesium due to the fact that magnesium has been farmed out of the soil. This is such a shame considering that magnesium is helpful for constipation, is the other key mineral for healthy bones, it is probably the most important nutrient for your heart, a natural blood thinner, and has the biggest impact in the prevention of diabetes.
Dry brushing is a simple, easy, low cost and effective way to provide yourself with the minerals you’re your body needs to stay healthy.
