Be Prepared for the Coronavirus, Naturally

Dear H.E.A.L family,

Everyone is troubled by the news of the Coronavirus across the world and now in the United States. Please do not let fear overwhelm you but instead take an offensive position and believe that your body can heal itself.

There are always natural and alternative ways to prepare your mind, body and spirit for anything even  when you are exposed to the Coronavirus.  Here at the offices and families of H.E.A.L., these are the steps that we are taking to keep ourselves healthy:

  1. Drinking plenty of water: To this day, it still amazes me how much better I feel, the more water I drink.  Staying hydrated also helps the kidneys flush out toxins, oxygenates your blood and helps produce lymph fluid and white blood cells.
  2. Taking Vitamin D: The World Health Organization is recommending Vitamin D for the prevention of respiratory tract infections. Vitamin D also serves many important functions including regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and facilitating normal immune system function.
  3. Increasing our intake of Vitamin C:  When one lacks vitamin C it is known to increase susceptibility to viruses, and a vitamin C deficiency is related to the increased risk and severity of influenza infections.  Vitamin C plays a role in reducing inflammatory response and also helps to boost the immune system when you are ill with a cold or the flu.  Currently, China is conducting a clinical trial of 24,000 mg/day of intravenous vitamin C to treat patients with coronavirus and severe respiratory complications. Visit:  for a brief summary of this clinical.   Here is a quick overview:
    1. Summary:  2019 new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia, namely severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) has caused global concern and emergency.
There is a lack of effective targeted antiviral drugs, and symptomatic supportive treatment is still the current main treatment for SARI.
Vitamin C is significant to the human body and plays a role in reducing inflammatory response and preventing common cold. In addition, a few studies have shown that vitamin C deficiency is related to the increased risk and severity of influenza infections.
We hypothesize that Vitamin C infusion can help improve the prognosis of patients with SARI.
Therefore, it is necessary to study the clinical efficacy and safety of vitamin C for the clinical management of SARI through randomized controlled trials during the current epidemic of SARI.
  4. Reduce your Stress: Meditate, slow down, Ear Candle the minute you feel under the weather, get extra rest.  Keep your body at its healthiest optimum and encourage your body to continue to strive for an optimum and healthy environment.
  5. Increasing our intake of Sovereign Silver to the Immune Building dose; 1 tsp, 3x daily. For more information about Sovereign Silver and the coronavirus: Coronavirus: A Physician’s Perspective

It is important to remember what the CDC is reporting to us about transmission:

The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.

  • Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
  • Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
  • These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

During this period we are trying to avoid:

  • shaking hands,
  • touching our eyes, nose and mouth and then touching another person,
  • Coughing or sneezing into a tissue that we can discard in a plastic bag
  • Washing our hands with soap and water regularly

We believe that Healthy Energy leads to an Amazing Life.  At H.E.A.L., we are committed to supporting you in any way that we can during this time.  Please take out time every day to take care of yourself and your loved ones.
